Payment Terms

For deliveries within Austria, to Germany, to other EU countries, to Norway, Serbia, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment via bank transfer

- Cash on delivery (plus a cash on delivery fee of €16.50) - available only in Germany and Austria

- Payment via Amazon Pay

Shipping Terms

  • Delivery is available within Austria, to all other EU countries , and to Switzerland. Please note that shipping to Greenland is not permitted. However, we also deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Channel Islands, Büsingen, and Heligoland. Shipping costs include statutory VAT
  • Serbia and Norway are delivered tax-free; by using the EORI number, no VAT is charged on shipping costs and goods. But please note customs duties will apply, which are to be borne by the buyer

Deliveries within Austria:

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order.
For orders up to 10 kg, we charge €5.90.
For orders from 10.01 to 35 kg, shipping costs are €8.90.
For orders weighing 35.01 kg or more, a flat rate of €12.90 per order applies.

Deliveries to Germany:
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order.
For orders up to 35 kg, we charge €9.90.
For orders weighing between 35.01 and 70 kg, we charge €14.90.
For orders weighing 70.01 kg or more, we charge a flat rate of €19.90 per order.

Delivery to Switzerland:

Free shipping, customs cleared, taxes paid – fees are displayed in the shopping cart after you enter your country and postal code.

Deliveries to Serbia and Norway:

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart after you enter your country and postal code.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom:

The minimum order value for deliveries to the United Kingdom is €180 excluding VAT. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart after you have entered your country and postal code. We stay up to date to ensure we use the best shipping provider and keep costs as low as possible.
Please note: Import VAT, import duties, and administrative fees must be paid by the customer. These costs are in addition to the purchase price. The money will be charged directly to you by UK Customs. We cannot predict how high these costs will be.

Unless different delivery times are specified in the product description, the goods will be shipped after order confirmation within the following timeframes:
