Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/strong>
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.)<\/p>\n

Withdrawal Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day<\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together;<\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered a product that is delivered in several partial shipments or items;<\/p>\n

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.<\/p>\n

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Schmelzerweg 18, 6250 Kundl, Austria, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>\n

Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration<\/strong><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts<\/p>\n

\u2013 for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer\u2019s personal needs;
\u2013 for the delivery of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
\u2013 for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business operator has no influence;
\u2013 for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts<\/p>\n

\u2013 for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
\u2013 for the delivery of goods, if these have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
\u2013 for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.<\/p>\n

Non-acceptance \/ Failure to Pick Up Shipments<\/strong><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Simply refusing to accept a delivery or failing to pick it up at a parcel shop does not constitute an effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

If a shipment is returned to the seller for this reason without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and return costs incurred by us from the refund.<\/div>\n

The customer\u2019s statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.<\/div>\n
